Stay Luxora Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: May 6, 2025

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Stay Luxora processes orders and payments made via Stripe®. By using our services and making payments through Stripe, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Order Processing and Confirmation

Upon successful payment through Stripe, Stay Luxora will process your booking promptly. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your reservation, including check-in and check-out dates, property details, and contact information for any inquiries.

2. Delivery of Services

Stay Luxora offers luxury accommodations. Access to the reserved property will be provided as per the check-in details shared in the confirmation email. Guests are responsible for adhering to the check-in and check-out times specified.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy (see section 5). If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Return Policy

As our services involve temporary accommodation, traditional product returns are not applicable. However, if you encounter any issues during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

5. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation under the following conditions:

  • Standard Reservations: Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Non-Refundable Reservations: These bookings are not eligible for refunds upon cancellation.

  • Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for early check-outs.

To cancel a reservation, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in.

7. Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Stay Luxora reserves the right to update or modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. We encourage guests to review this policy periodically.
